That’s why we created the “Sell a House, Change a Life” Charity Program!
The process is really simple, yet we believe we can create a meaningful impact on people’s lives…
If you decide to sell your property to us, we will donate $1,000 to the Charity of your choice.
So if we buy your property, all you need to do is let us know your favorite Charity that you would like to support, and we will send $1,000 to that Charity on the day of closing.
This amount will be put on the HUD Settlement Statement by the Title Company, and you will receive a receipt of the donation directly from the Charity 🙂
